Our pre-clinical CRO is able to price preclinical trials far below other Contract Research Organizations since we have a very low overhead in the U.S. and perform all studies in Kiev, UA where labor and laboratory costs are much lower. Our team in the U.S. consists only of the company principals who deal directly with clients; we don’t have any marketing costs aside from our site, and no central offices, administrative staff or other overhead to increase costs. We have much lower research conduct costs in Kiev due to much lower labor rates and are able to provide our most attractive pricing for longer and more intricate preclinical tests where labor is the most significant portion of the overall cost. Because we use the same stable international suppliers for animal models, reagents and lab supplies as other Contract Research Organizations, we don’t have any cost savings on these materials and so less overall cost savings for very short-term preclinical trials.
